Use this guided questionnaire to decide whether you currently appear ready to move into the Ontario Fire Administration Inc. (OFAI) registration process. This tool is for self-reflection only and is not submitted to OFAI.

How to use this tool

Answer each question with Yes or No. The questionnaire is intentionally direct. A single No does not “fail” you, but it does suggest that registration may be premature and that additional preparation, clarification, or support may be needed before you proceed.

If every answer is Yes, the tool will direct you to How To Register. If not, it will suggest a preparation path aligned with the OFAI resource set.
